ALESSIA GRACE MAKEUP

"I'm so glad I chose Alessia to do my wedding makeup, and had a brilliant experience with her from booking to the big day itself.

I had a 1:1 trial with Alessia to ensure I wasn't overwhelmed with opinions, and it worked perfectly - Alessia had a really fun and positive approach. I'm not remotely skilled at makeup myself, so was unsure what might suit me but had saved a few ideas on Pinterest that I shared with Alessia. Alessia was enthusiastic, and more then accommodating to help me find my 'look' based on a few of these ideas. I eventually settled on a full coverage with glam bronze eye, and subtle lip - which I loved! On the wedding day itself Alessia arrived, and set herself up in the area with the 'best light' - a good start! I had decided now that I wanted a little less face coverage and Alessia was more than happy to do this. Alessia proceeded like a pro, including having to provide my 3 year old niece a running commentary on the products she was using and 'why' (!) The experience of having my makeup done was so relaxing too and exactly what I needed to keep my calm that morning. My bridesmaids sat with me, all of us envious of Alessia's skill!  Once my makeup was complete, Alessia wished me luck for the big day and I was ready to go! I received so many compliments on my makeup on the day, which was all due to Alessia. In the midst of enjoying the celebrations, I didn't even remember to top my makeup at any point, and it lasted the whole day. I really can't recommend Alessia highly enough, not just for the makeup itself which was amazing but the whole experience of working with her - so fun, but totally professional. Having been using alot of the same products and colours since my early 20s, having one on one time with you to look at the products that suit my now late 30s skin was invaluable. I now feel I can create both a day and night time look with confidence and particularly loved learning how to contour and highlight. Being armed with the right products and more so the know how has given me the confidence and motivation to spend more time on myself, which isn't always easy as a mum to young children. The whole experience was stress free which was brilliant because I didn't want to be worrying or rushing before my special event! Considering I don't live locally to her, Alessia arrived on time, (even a little bit early) which was superb! Alessia was so lovely & kind and extremely easy to chat to, there wasn't a single awkward moment. Moving onto the makeup... WOW. I felt amazing!
